Windpump. Mid C19. Tapering circular brick 4 storey tower. One window
opening on first floor and one on second floor. 2 opposing segmental-headed
entrance doors. 2 stocks, 4 clamps and remains of 8 bay patent sails and
striking gear. Cap frame, worm hangers and worm. Complete set of track and
centering wheels, track and rack. Remains of fanstage, fan tackle and fan.
Y wheel and carrier. Cast iron windshaft. 2 section square timber upright
shaft with chamfered edges. Cast iron crownwheel. Bevel wheel to cast iron
horizontal shaft. Internal turbine in casing.
