7/12 Manor House Farmhouse

House, C18. Coursed flint with rendered dressings, unglazed black pantiles.
3 bays plus chimney bay to left, 2 storeys and attic. End internal stacks,
gable parapets, thin bricks to right quoin. 3 flush 16 pane sash windows
with glazing bars to 1st floor, tripartite sashes to 1st and 2nd bays of
ground floor. Late C20 flat roofed square porch in uncoursed flint with
brick dressings to centre bay; 2-light casement with glazing bars to front,
entrance at left side; central 4 panelled door with moulded doorcase under
segmental arch. Left hand gable has 2-light window to 1st floor, 2 blocked
attic windows. Single storey addition in flint and brick under pantiles
to right. Rear: 1½ storey outshut extension dated 1891 in flint with brick
dressings under black glazed pantiles. Hipped roof to right hand bay
extension.
