Formal garden features by E.S. Prior 1903-6. Loggia to south-west of sunken
garden, flint with tile dressings, 3 piers of tiles, an arch at either end,
crinkle crankle wall to rear in flint; steps down to south-east from terrace
above; around patio to north-west 5 round piers of flint with tile
decoration, path steps and piers to north; semi-circular flight of stone
steps down to west between carstone piers, having high wall to south
terminating in square carstone pier.
