GV II

Stables, now pighouses, early C19. Gault brick with corrugated tiles, roof
ridge with regular transverse coping tiles for ventilation. Single storey
with loft, 8 bays, the two bays at either end breaking forward, the centre
4 bays with wide eaves; central doorway, bays and angles articulated by
tapering pilasters in gault brick, plinth of dark knapped flint. Right gable
of pebble flint within tapering gault brick pilasters, loft door to rendered
gable, eaves cornice bank of gault brick with dentil decoration with every
5th brick of red and projecting. Left gable renewed with large doors. Rear
of no special interest of brick and flint with 7 pig creeps.
