2.2.76 Cottage)


House. C17 remodelled in C19. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof.
Rectangular in plan. Facade of 2 bays, 2 storeys with C20 brick porch
between C20 casements. 2 C20 casements to first floor in part-blocked
earlier openings. Brick eaves dentils. Right hand gable end stack. C20
single storey extension to right. Left hand gable wall rebuilt after
collapse c1980. Rear wall has 2 blocked C17 openings with hood moulds and
one C17 opening now with C20 casement. Included for group value.
