The Limes

House, now 2 cottages. C17 remodelled in C19. Brick, patterned with zig-
zag diapering to front, diamond-pattern to left hand gable wall and rear,
flint. Pantiled roof. Rectangular on plan with late C19 extension to rear.
Facade of 4 bays, 2 storeys. 3-light C19 casement to left hand bay then
tiled porch on brackets to C20 door; single light casement; similar door
and porch; 3-light C19 casement. To first floor casements of 3-lights,
1-light, 1-light, 3-lights. One central axial stack, 2 gable and stacks.
Left hand gable has a blocked light to ground and first floors, also a small
light, now blocked, perhaps to stairway.
