C17, 2-storey and attic, stucco, pantiles. Nos 17A and 17, 2 flush frame sash windows, at 1st floor, with glazing bars, cove eaves cornice, renewed pantiles, square dormer, Shop front with wood case, Separate entrance, No 17, to upper premises, with patterned rectangular fanlight. In wood case with pilasters. No 18, gable ends, East and West, overhanging 1st floors with casement window and smaller window in gable. Display window at ground floor above 2 segmental arched basement openings. West front, on to Market Hill, with narrow ground floor display window, flush frame door, and small projecting lean-to right with small window in narrow link above.

Nos 17, 17A and No 18 form a group with Nos 1A, 1B and No 1C Market Hill.
