C17, altered, timber framed, 2-storey 3 windows. Mock timber framing at first floor. Pantiles. Red brick chimneys with drip-bands and capping, Flush frame sash windows now with centre glazing bars only, Ornamental C19 shop front with wood case, ground floor.
Interior: hewn beams.
No 12A flat above.

Nos 11 to 14B (consec) form a group.
