Algar House
TM 08 SE 18/8 11.9.51


Early C18 house. Rendered brick. Steep gable-ended roof with new tiles,
paired eaves modillions. Two storeys. Five bays. Large sashes with glazing
bars in exposed casing. First floor off centre right elliptical headed window
with modern glazed porch below with pilasters and entablature. Brick chimney
stack at ends and centre.
Early C18 brick gabled wing off centre at rear with old mullion/transon casements
with leaded panes, and end brick chimney stack.
