Probably early C19. Rendered clay lump on brick plinth. Black glazed pantile
roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Two windows. Three-light casements,
first floor early C19, ground floor late C19. Panelled door off centre.
Gabled wing at rear. Included for group value.
