Ash Farmhouse
TM 19 SW 7/656


Early C17 timber-frame house encased in brick, painted. Steep pantile roof
with gabled ends. Central brick chimney stack. Two storeys and attic.
South side segmental headed casements, central doorway, and large modern
dormer. Modern lean-to porch on north side.
Interior: exposed timber-frame with close studding, and ovolo moulded chamfered
ceiling beams with carved stops. Staircase from central doorway in front
of chimney stack.
