C18. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Doorway on left with pilastered case with cornice on shaped brackets, flush-panelled reveals and rectangular fanlight. At right angles to road with late C19 yellow brick end wall facing road. Modern brick chimney stacks.
