The Cottage

C17 timber-frame cottage, encased in red brick in C19. Steep pantile roof
with gabled ends with shaped barge boards and finials. Brick chimney stack
off centre. One storey and attic. Two gabled dormers with shaped barge
boards and finials and 3-light casements. Ground floor modern 3-light casements
with glazing bars, and gabled porch on left. Brick lean-to at rear.
