C17 timber-frame house faced in brick and plastered. Steep tiled roof, hipped
one end, the other end brick faced with stepped gable. Two storeys. Three
bays. Modem casements. Central 2-storey gabled porch with round-headed
doorway. Large brick chimney stack at rear.
Wing projecting on left (south-east) late C19 brick, containing shop premises.
Interior said to have exposed timber-framing.
