Poplars Farmhouse
TM 1991 28/22 21.9.76


(formerly, known as Home Farmhouse). Probably C17. Timber-framed, now faced
in pebble-dash. Black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Gabled cross
wing on south end with attic window in gable. Two storeys and attic. Five
windows. three-light wood mullion casements with C19 dripmoulds. C19 glazed
door with slim columns supporting simple hood. Later brick chimney stacks.
