Cl8. Painted brick. Steeply pitched hipped slate roof. Heavy umdillioned
cornice. Two storeys and attic. Two attic dormers with flat heads and sashes
with glazing bars. Five first floor sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor
large projecting Victorian shop front with pilasters, moulded cornice and
blind case, shop continues around right hand return facing Union Street,
with 3 windows above, 2 blind. Brick chimney stacks.
