C16 timber-frame house refashioned in C18. Plastered. Steep hipped black
glazed pantile roof. Modillion eaves cornice. Brick chimney stack off centre
and another near west end. Two storeys. Four widely spaced windows. C18/19
three light casements. Two doorways in front of stacks, with shouldered
architrave doorcases with pediments and fielded panel doors, No 3's doorway
is modern reproduction. Interior of No 1: moulded and crenellated ceiling
beam.
