Probably C18. Grey brick, partly painted. L-shaped on plan. Steep black
glazed pantile roof with gabled ends and hipped corner. Two storeys and
attic. South elevation, three windows, three-light mullion/transom, windows,
modern glazed door off centre, one gabled dormer. East side: similar windows,
centre first floor two-lights, ground floor altered to modern French casements.
and large modern gabled and glazed porch at centre, two gabled dormers.
Brick chimney stack.
