C13. Painted brick. Left hand side stuccoed. Steeply pitched black glazed
pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Three windows. First floor
two-light wood mullion/transom windows in moulded cases. Ground floor one
three-light casement and one modern three-light casement. Central fielded
panel door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars in moulded architrave
with cornice. Brick chimney stacks at ends.
