Early C19. Red brick. Low pitched black glazed pantile roof with gable
ends. Two storeys. Three windows. Right hand first floor blind. Sashes
with glazing bars in exposed casing. Ground floor left, doorway with reeded
pilasters, cornice and fluting in frieze and glazed door. Brick chimney
stack. Adjoins north of Candler's House.
