C18. Roughcast. Steeply pitched black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends.
Slightly moulded eaves. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends).
Three windows. Sashes in exposed casing without glazing bars, ground floor
left replaced by plate glass. Central fielded panel door in moulded case
with reeded transom and rectangular fanlight. Ground floor right a pilastered
Victorian shop front with fascia and blind case. Front wall onto Swan Lane
late C19 brick faced. At rear wings with wood mullion/transom windows.
