C17 timber-frame house much altered in late C19. Brick faced ground floor,
exposed timber framing on first floor with close studding. Later low-pitched
pantile roof with gabled ends. West end plastered. At right angles to road.
Two storeys plus attic (attic window in gable end). Late C19 sashes. Ground
floor late C19 verandah. East end facing road has late C19 oriel.
