Circa 1840. Formerly a garden house to Starston Place (demolished) by Samuel
Taylor. Plastered clay lump on brick plinth. Tiled roof with gabled ends
with shaped barge boards. One storey. North end has corner pilaster and
very small quatrefoil window in gable, gabled porch with ornate pierced
barge boards with finial and 4-centred arch doorway. Narrow single-light
window to each side.
South side has large canted bay window with casements with glazing bars,
and modern French window.
West end modern single storey addition with flat roof. North side brick
chimney stack with single shaft with chamfered angles.
