Late C16/early C17 house. Timber-frame, plastered. Brick end walls, south
end with stepped gable and internal chimney stack. Steep tiled roof with
gabled ends. Two storeys and attic. One gabled dormer. Three, four and
5-light hollow-chamfered mullion windows some with transoms, ground floor
with moulded cills. Old boarded door on left. Tiled pent hood over ground
floor. Similar hollow-chamfered mullion windows at rear of house.
Internal brick chimney stack at each end and one off centre. Projecting
on left (north-west), later plastered timber-frame wing with gable-ended
tile roof, with modern casements.
