Picton Farmhouse
TM 1893 27/8A


C16 timber-frame house. Plastered. Brick faced end walls, north end with
parapeted gable. Steep tile roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack
off centre with 4 octagonal flues with moulded bases. Two storeys and attic
(attic windows in gable ends) C18/19 and modern casements and one small 3-light
mullion window under eaves. Small modern gabled wing on west. Large modern
one storey bay on south end. Modern flat roof addition on north end.
