C17 with late C19 facade. Brick and flint with pantiled roof. Off-centre
through passage plan with gable end stacks. Brick and flint gable-end with
blocked windows at first floor level and elaborate moulded brick gable over-
sailing. Rear wall brick and flint with ogee-moulded door frame and one
original 3-light plain-chamfered mullioned window. C19 timber cantilevered
garderobe. Main facade late C19. 3 bays, 2 storeys with half attics. Moulded
gault brick cornice, voussoirs, sills and mullioned and transomed ground floor
window. C17 door with ogee-moulded frame survives in situ. Steep-pitched
roof original yet re-fashioned when walls were heightened. C19 Tudor style
chimneys. C19 and C20 extensions to the side. Full set of transverse
principal beams with connecting spine beams and stepped chamfer stops at first
floor. C19 garden wall with quarter round coping and moulded brick ball
finials flanking garden gate.
