(Trinity Cottage)
C17. Rendered timber-frame with brick and flint gable end and plinth. Pantiled
roof. 3-cell lobby entrance house. Mid C20 extension to rear. Single storey
with attic. Scattered fenestration with mainly C19 casements. Crow stepped
gable with C20 stack. Axial off-centre stack also C20. Roof modern yet
steeply pitched. Complete set of principal beams with joists. Surviving
trimmer shows original positions of chimney and stair beside it. Simple
jewelled chamfer stops.
