Date on south gable 1728 but main fabric C16. Originally an open hall
house with a 2-storeyed service end with solar above and a C17 inserted
floor. White-washed render over timber frame on flint and brick plinth
with thatched roof. Slight batter. Scattered C18 casement fenestration.
C17 gable end stack. C20 single-storeyed extension to side. Entrance
in original position with surviving service doorways on south side.
Cambered tie-beam on wall-posts and closed truss with arch braces beneath
incorporating entrance to solar.
