Pair of estate cottages. Dated 1866 on datestone with Wodehouse crest and
motto. Brick and flint with plaintiled roofs. Asymetric plan with a short
gabled wing to one side. 2 storeys. Casement windows with cast iron diamond
panes. One rectangular bay window, a saw-tooth stringcourse and a projecting
gabled half-dormer. Blue brick lozenges on south gable wall. Decorative
barge boards throughout. Massive central stack with vertical saw tooth
ridging.
