6/79 Primrose Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C16 and C17. Timber frame partially re-faced with brick. One
returned brick and flint gable-end butted against a lower, but perhaps earlier
side-extension. 2 storeys. C19 3-light mullion and transom windows. Gable-
end stack and later axial stack to main block. Side-extension with shallow-
pitched roof, probably C18. Jowled wall-posts, large arch-braces and a double
ogee-moulded beam to main block. C16 roll-moulded beams in side extension
-possibly re-used. Moated site.
