5/17 Piggery 60 yards
south of Flordon

Former dwelling, possibly dower house to Flordon Hall. Circa 1600. Brick
with corrugated asbestos roof. 2 storeys with attic. Chamfered off-set
at mid height. Several original window openings (blocked or reduced) with
stuccoed reveals and plain rectangular hood-moulds at ground floor. Gable
parapets rebuilt. Remains of one flight of original stair from first floor
to attic with solid baulk treads. Principal beams and joists intact yet
boards removed. Butt-purlin roof.
