6/37 The Old Rectory

Former rectory. 1835 according to White's directory, 1883. Gault brick
and roof not visible. Main block square with lower service wings to side
and front. 2 storeys and 3 bays to 3 facades. Sash windows with glazing
bars, jalousie shutters and skewback arches. Central porch to west with
2 square sectioned stuccoed piers with batter. Doric entablature probably
a recent renewal. Front door with raised and fielded panels and semi-
circular fanlight. Former moulded cornice at base of parapet.
