7/86 Outhouse immediately to
north of Upgate Green
Farmhouse.

GV II

Outhouse, possibly a former bothy. C18. Brick with pantiled roof. 2 storeys
and 2 bays of horizontal lattice ventilation openings beneath segmental
arches. Opposing doorways (one blocked). Former gable-end stack with ground
floor fireplace with cambered lintel. Modern external stair to upper floor.
Included for group value with Upgate Green Farmhouse (7/85).
