Small dwelling. Circa 1790. Probably associated with Sir John Soane.
Gault brick with slate roof. T plan. Single storey. Pedimented jetty
supported on 2 Ionic columns. Semicircular headed window and door openings.
Windows with glazing bars. Shallow hipped roofs with projecting eaves.
Axial stack. C20 extension to rear.
