Farmhouse. Circa 1700. Brick with pantiled roof. Remaining side wing
of a much larger house. 2 storeys with attic. 5 bays of windows mainly
blocked with 2 original 2-light mullion and transom windows and one replica
at first floor and 2 later sash windows with glazing bars at ground floor.
Rough skewback arches at ground floor. Moulded brick platband and modern
gabled porch. 2 semi-external stacks to rear each with 3 partly rebuilt
octagonal shafts. Narrow windows with glazing bars. Plain platband.
5 sash windows with wide glazing bars beneath rough skewback arches in
gable-end of stump of main wing. Fine staircase opposite entrance with
substantial turned balusters.
