Former vicarage and rectory. Circa 1800. Gault brick with colour-washed
brick to rear. Black pantiled roof. Roughly square in plan with projecting
service wing to rear. 2 storeys. 5-bay facade of sash windows with glazing
bars beneath skewback araches. Raised and fielded panelled door with semi-
circular fanlight and arched doorcase with a dentilated open-bed pediment
supported on Tuscan columns. West facade of 3 bays with ground floor sashes
rising from ground level. Added 2-storey canted bay. Projecting eaves
and hipped roof with central well. Hall staircase with shaped tread ends,
square-sectioned balusters and swept mahogony handrail. Fireplaces with
moulded plaster classical scenes on mantels.
