Cottage, c.1805, for estate of Sir Roger Kerrison; red brick with brick dentil cornice, black glazed pantiles. Octagonal with front and rear faces wider, two storeys, octagonal roof and central octagonal stack. Pointed openings with Y tracery to glazing; some fixed windows, some casements with pintle hinges; first floor openings shorter without jambs. South facade to road with two openings to each of ground and first floor, those to first floor blank; faces to left and right with one opening to ground and first floor. East and west facades each with pointed doorway and pointed boarded door, blank opening above. Rear facade to north as to south, faces to left and right with ground floor openings part blocked with inserted windows.
