Pair of houses, early C19. Red brick; No. 35 painted. Pantile roof with
coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Each two windows, first
floor of No. 35 sashes with glazing bars, ground floor of No. 35 and all of
No. 37's windows have been replaced with C20 top-opening-light windows.
Each with central round headed doorway with semi-circular blind fanlight with
tracery and C20 glazed doors. Brick chimney stacks. Included for group
value.
