GV II

Farmhouse, now sub-divided. C18. Red brick with steeply pitched roof of
black glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade of five bays; C20
replacement cross-casements in original openings. Ground floor openings have
keyed rubbed arches. Platband at first floor level continued around gables.
Wooden lintols over first floor openings. Central doorway with two large
raised and fielded panels; moulded architrave. Parapeted gables with rebuilt
internal stacks. Moulded brick eaves oversailing to parapets. Sawtooth brick
eaves course on west side, partly masked by later lean-to with catslide roof.
Two chimney stacks in lean-to; C20 casements and two entrance doors.
