Stoke Mill House
II
Millers house, now unoccupied. 1776. Whitewashed brick with roof of black
glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and dormer attic originally in 3 symmetrical bays.
Canted 2 storey central bay entered through C20 panelled door below fanlight.
Timber C18 doorcase. Sash windows with glazing bars, those to first floor
with architraves and pediments. Late C19 hipped slate extension to ground
floor obscuring window left of canted central bay. Timber eaves cornice below
gabled roof. 2 pedimented dormers in roof with casements and side glazing.
Architraves to windows. Central ridge stack.
