Farmhouse, now without a farm. Dated 1615, altered C,18. C18 extension to
south. Brick and flint. Pantile roofs. C17 block of one storey and dormer
attic. East side has one C20 window to ground floor and one early C19 leaded
casement under eaves lighting an internal vestigial half storey. The wall
here is a C19 brick facing of flint core. Gabled roof with gabled dormer lit
through a C20 casement. Below dormer is a re-set stone plaque : Robert Gillyans
XXII Mayie 1615. Internal south gable end stack. Flint north gable wall,
weatherboarded south gable head. Rear without benefit of a brick skin. One
C20 French window and 2 C20 casements. Gabled dormer as front. Lower C18
extension abuts south gable : one storey and attic. Brick with pantile roof.
