Public House. Early C18. Brick, mostly laid in English bond. Plain tiled
roof. 2 storey and dormer attic in 4 bays. C20 door right of centre. 3 C19
2-light cross casements to ground floor under segmental arches. Platband at
first floor continuing into returns. 4 similar cross casements to first floor.
Gabled roof with 3 sloping dormers fitted with casements. Ridge stack right
of centre and internal southern gable end stacks. Gable heads originally
shaped. North gable now straight and shaped head to south remains only on
rear slope. Interior of 1950's and later.
