GV II

House and shop. Early C19 house. Painted brick. Brick pilasters. Slate roof
with moulded coping to gable ends, and modillion eaves cornice. Two storeys and
attic. Three windows wide with elliptical heads with dripmoulds, elliptical
headed sashes with intersecting glazing bars. Central doorway with rectangular
dripmould, elliptical fanlight and C20 glazed door. Two brick flues. C20 shop
windows at end facing Church Street. Wing at rear facing Church Street.
No 7 Church Street, now one with Fairland House. C18 roughcast, steep pantile
roof with gabled ends and modillion moulded eaves cornice two storeys and attic
(small attic window in gable end), three first floor C18 two-light mullion/
transom casements, ground floor two modern small shop windows.
