GV II

House. C18 and C19. Red brick with pantile roof. Two storeys. North front,
centre block with hipped roof, three windows wide. left hand later two-
storey canted bay, first floor sash with glazing bars and central tall
casement with leaded panes. Ground floor right wide four-light casement with
glazing bars and segmental head, Central segmental-headed doorway with
glazed two Tuscan columns supporting entablature. Either side of centre
block is gabled bay of one storey and attic with sash and leaded pane
casements. South front: 1:3:1 windows, the ends gabled and very slightly
projecting, sashes with glazing bars, some replaced with modern casements,
and right hand ground floor modern French window, central late C19 panelled
and glazed door, doorcase with cornice on brackets and rectangular fanlight.
Brick chimney stacks. East Side: two large four-light casements with leaded
panes and segmental arch heads.
