Shop, C17 or earlier timber-frame building, refronted in C18 with painted
brick front. Steeply pitched black-glazed pantile roof, one end gabled, the
other hipped. Small paired brackets to overhanging eaves. Two storeys. First
floor three sashes with glazing bars, ground floor two sashes with glazing
bars, central pilastered doorway with fluted frieze, dentilled cornice and
moulded architrave, and fielded panel door. On right an early C20 splayed
shop window with modillion cornice. Plastered wing at rear with steep
pantile roof with gable end, C17 probably.
