26.11.59. No. 29 (Clay Cottage).


House. C17. Timber frame with steep pantile roof with gable ends. The west
end of house has been rendered, the east end has exposed close-set studding.
Two storeys and attic (attic window in gable end). Asymmetrical fenestration,
two three light casements and two C20 casements, C20 'Tudor' style oak door,
C20 casements in west end facing Church. The east end facing Market Place
has sashes with glazing bars, two on ground floor, one on first floor. Central
axial brick chimney stack.
