Farmhouse. 3 builds. Mid C18 block to east, late C18 block in centre and
c.1830 facade to west. Brick. Roofs of slate (east), black glazed pantiles
(centre) and corrugated concrete tiles (west). East block of 2 storeys. Wall
utilises burnt headers. C20 door left of centre. One late C20 casement to
right and one early C20 casement to left. Under eaves one 2-light C19
casement. Gabled roof. East gable head with tumbling. Centre block of 2
storeys. One window bay each floor to south : lower is C20 iron casement,
upper is C20 sash. Gabled roof. This range shares a gable end stack with
east block. Circa 1830 extension to rear under asbestos catslide roof. C20
fenestration. West block with 2 storey, 3 bay west facade. Gabled porch
right of centre with slate roof and C20 door. Sash windows with glazing bars
and gauged skewback arches. Hipped roof. One stack on west roof slope and
a second on north slope. To south a single storey 3 bay extension of 1982.
