Barn at Manor House Farm

(Formerly listed as:


Barn. Early C18. Brick with thatched roof. Staggered transepts, one to
north-west, the other to south-east. Gabled north transept with full height
double timber doors and weatherboarded gable head. Outshut to right. To left
are 8 blocked slit ventilation lights. East gable head rebuilt C20. South
transept is similar to north, now obscured by C20 buildings abutting it. Roof
of tie beams on straight braces, most braces now removed. Principals with
2 tiers butt purlins, the upper purlins staggered and with straight windbraces
below them. Collars. Manor House Farmhouse is not listed.
