4 terraced cottages, C18 of 2 storeys, with C20 single storey extension
at rear of No.5. Each house of one window and door. Blocked windows at first
floor level. C18 casement windows with mullion and transom, and segmental
brick arches. Leaded lights in central window. 6 panel door to No. 7.
3, C19 casement windows at first floor level. C20 windows and door to No.
5. C19 casement windows at rear. Brick dentil eaves, central axial, and
gable stacks. Parapet gables with brick tumbling in. C19 cast iron fireplace
with lugged fire-surround in No. 9. Wrought-iron railings and gates with
cast iron posts. Possibly weavers cottages indicated by unusually high
ceilings and wide window proportions associated with the installation of looms.
