House. Early C17, much altered; timber frame rough cast and colourwashed,
red brick gables. Reed-thatched roof. Two storeys, lobby entrance plan.
Fenestration entirely C20 except for one 3-light iron-framed casement on east
side. Axial chimney stack off-centre with three diagonally-set linked shafts.
Chimney at north gable. Gables parapeted with brick tumbling. Butt purlin
roof, partly rebuilt. Original stair on east side of stack.
